CM Kiran writes again for extension

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy again wrote letter to President of India Pranab Mukherjee seeking an additional time for debate on Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Bill 2013 i.e, Telangana Bill. CM Kiran also mentioned in his letter to issue the original bill that will be placed in Parliament for the approval and has asked an extension of three weeks for the debate on Telangana bill.

Commenting on his issue of rule 77 to send back the Telangana bill, Kiran replied, “leaders should know the norms of Assembly. I insist for the complete bill that will be tabled in Parliament and Assembly has all rights to demand the original document of state division bill.”

Overall, it appears that Kiran has read the bill completely and took experts advise to stall the process of Telangana statehood. Will Pranab grant additional time or not we have to wait and see!
