The people were relentless in their roar for a United AP, just as the relentless rain beat down on them. Scores of Telugus braved the odds to take a stand and make a point. AP NGOs and other leaders from Seemandhra have come together on the 50th day of the samaikyandhra movement to talk about the injustice of bifurcating the state.
Many well known personalities spoke on the podium, highlighting the need for a united state. They spoke at length how the formation of Telangana is only a political ambition and not true justice to those who feel under privileged. Many pointed out how Andhra will suffer if the selfish politicians have their way.
While Jai Andhra leader Chalasani Srinivas lamented that Telangana intellectuals were taught by Andhra teachers, calling the Talangana movement false, Student JAC leader Devineni Avinash called on the power of this movement to show that lakhs of people support a United Andhra.
