The Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy, as per the sources, assured the Seemandhra Ministers with whom he had a meeting in the morning that the Telangana Bill will not be passed in the Assembly.
He said that there are many mistakes in the draft bill. So far the Chief Minister has not revealed his ace card but indicated that an amendment is asked in it on 371 D. He said it is possible to make the amendment only on 2/3 majority.
He said that the bill for the state bifurcation has come with a speed by plane but will go back like Mangalyan. Mangalyan takes 6 months to reach its destination and the bill also will take 6 months to travel and reach.
Kiran Kumar also expressed his confidence that Digvijay Singh cannot divide the Seemandhra leaders.
