The group of TRS leaders led by the party President KCR met President on Thursday and submitted their request in writing to him with regards to the bifurcation of the State.
After the meeting the senior leader of the party Eetala Rajender said that they have urged the President that the conditions on the Hyderabad included in the draft bill should be lifted. He said that they asked the Center to keep the same relations with the State of Telangana as they maintain with other 28 States in the country.
TRS leader Harish Rao said that Jana Reddy met KCR to ensure that the future generation will not put to any loss or injustice. He said that the Seemandhra leaders are strategically obstructing the Telangana bill. He expressed his opinion that the time for sending the Telangana Bill may not be extended.
