Overturned car ends chase

The car carrying Maoist activists was chased by the Andhra Police in Khammam District for 20 kms between Bhadrachalam and Kothagudem which overturned near Paloncha that made them caught.  It happened when they saw a police jeep on the road barricading the movement.  They tried to pass by it in the process of which they hit a pole on the road side that made the car overturn near Peddamma Thalli temple at Paloncha but none of them were got hurt.

As per the police the persons caught are, Kurasam Mothibai alias Madhavi (40), A.Prudvi (22) and A.Dharmaraju (50).  Madhavi is the secretary for the SouthBastar Divion of the Maoist movement and wife of Chandranna who is the secretary for the Telangana Special Zone Committee.  Dharmaraju is a Railway employee at Chirala in Prakasham District and Prudvi is his son who is studying MA in Hyderabad Central University.

Acting on a tip off that Madhavi was planning to go for a medical treatment at Vijayawada, Police made barricades and starting checking the vehicular traffic at Bhadrachalam.  The car in which the three were travelling sped away crossing the barricade at Bhadrachalam but could not do the same at Paloncha due to the accident.  Kothagudem Police are questioning to know the reason for the presence of other two in the car as to their involvement in the Maoist activity.
