Jism 2: Protestors chase audience out of theatres

Jism 2 released on Friday to a good collection but a poor critics' response. While critics said there was neither script nor too much of skin show in the movie, this erotica starring porn star Sunny Leone has drawn criticism from different sections. Already, Maharashtra Legislative Council directed Mumbai police to remove the posters of Jism 2 in Mumbai. And now people in Assam went a step ahead.

The people, who didn't like Jism 2 and the sleazy posters, have staged protests in front of local cinema theaters in Assam. The reports said a large number of student bodies barged into theaters and literally chased away the audience who entered cinema theaters to watch Jism 2. Not knowing why there were being chased, the poor audience ran out of the theaters after which they came to know that they were targetted for coming to watch Sunny Leone on big screen, said sources.

Meanwhile, police said they had taken action to make sure such incidents don't repeat. One of the protesters said it was surprising that college students were permitted to watch Jism 2 as the movie received A certificate.
