The union home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde has spoken yet another time on Telangana issue. He has said that the current bomb blasts in Hyderabad had no impact on Telangana issue. Talking about the 30-day deadline he gave on Telangana, Mr Shinde has said that he never said a decision on Telangana would be made in 30 days but only a report on the same would be furnished in 30 days.

Shinde has further said that talks were underway with different political parties over Telangana issue and decision on the same would be announced soon. It may be noted that the much burning Telangana issue took a side line after bomb blasts in Dilsukhnagar area of Hyderabad. So, apparently everyone thought that this issue would not be discussed soon. However, Shinde today said that talks were underway. When Congress is going to come out with its stand on the issue is still a million dollar question.
