Haryana announced 10% reservation in government jobs...

Haryana on Wednesday announced 10% reservation in government jobs for the economically weaker sections in general category. In fact, with this decision the the total reservation in government jobs in the state has gone up to 67%.

Haryana has job reservation of 20% for Scheduled Castes, 27% for Backward Classes, 10% for Jats, Rors, Jat Sikhs, Tyagis and Bishnois and 10% for economically weaker sections about  which the government's decision came after a Cabinet sub-committee, headed by finance minister H S Chatha, submitted its recommendations.
 
Moreover, according to the Chatha committee recommendations, Rs 2.5 lakh has been fixed as the maximum income cap for those entitled for the job quota.

Finally, what ever it may be, it must add on to the prosperity of the person under reservation who must actually utilize the opportunity for the nations progress!
