A temporary bail was granted for Rajgopal in the Obulapuram Mining Company today. The Nampally CBI court granted Rajgopal a bail until November 4th alongside placing several restrictions on the granted bail. It also stressed that he should surrender in the court on the 5th Nov, 2012 without fail.
V D Rajgopal who served as the Former Director of Mines was arrested last year in November by the CBI for his alleged involvement in the illegal mining of the Obulapuram Mining Company.
OMC owner and former Karnataka Minister Gali Janardhan Reddy and managing director B.V. Srinivas Reddy are already in jail at the moment.
