Delhi Liquor Policy: Magunta Raghava Reddy gets bail:- Delhi High Court has granted a four-week bail for Magunta Raghava Reddy alias Raghu, who is one of the main accused in the Delhi liquor policy. Raghava Reddy was arrested by Enforcement authorities on February 10th,2023 in connection with a Delhi excise policy case related with money laundering.
Raghava was in jail for more than four months. He was granted bail after P Sarath Chandra Reddy, director of Aurobindo Group. Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma asked Magunra to appear before ED whenever they want him to. He was restricted to leave India without permission. He was also asked to surrender his passport.
Magunta Raghava Reddy's bail was granted on medical grounds as he wanted better treatment. In the same case, CBI and ED have named AAP leader and former Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia and Telangana BRS leader K Kavitha.
