The GATE exams (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) online applications would be closed by September 30. So, if you are planning to enter the test make sure you finalize your application by September 30.

Engineering students after completion of their graduation usually take the GATE for their further education in different specializations. The test scores are applicable all over India and the qualifying ranks may even make you eligible for a scholarship from a reputed institute.

GATE exam would be held on January 19 and later on February 10, 2013 while the results would be out on March 15, 2013.

Aspirants who look forward to fill up the forms, must be pursuing one of the following courses: B.E./B.Tech/B.Arch, MSc/MA/MCA ( or equivalent), Int ME/M. Tech or D.D (after 10+2 or Diploma), Int. M.E/M.Tech (Post BSc.), and Professional Society Examinations (or equivalent to BE/B. Tech/B. Arch).
