The Karvy Group has filed cheating case against Deccan Chronicle (DC) newspaper chairman, T Venkatram Reddy. The Hyderabad based company has alleged that the DC holdings has allegedly forged some of the documents. The Central Crime Station (CCS) police, on Tuesday, filed IPC sections 406, 430, 458, 34 and 471. Most of the sections, under which, Venkatram Reddy and DC's vice chairman T Vinayak Ravi Reddy were booked were non-bailable offences.
This Central Crime Station police informed the media that they received a complaint from Karvy Group against DC and accordingly they filed complaint against Deccan Chronicle Holdings Limited.
