Five persons were killed and eight others seriously injured in a road accident in Medak district today.
The accident occurred as a three-wheeler auto rammed into a goods vehicle coming in the opposite direction at Gangwar Cross Roads.
The auto was carrying 13 persons and was on its way to Satwar village near Zaheerabad mandal, according to police. The injured have been shifted to various hospitals.
