The details of the FIR filed by the CBI against the Emaar Properties in the land allotment scam are now out.
The FIR against the Emaar has charged that IAS officer BP Acharya, as the managing director of the APIIDC, had entered into a criminal conspiracy with the directors of the Emaar properties, Emaar MGF, EHTPL and the Stylish Homes owner Koneru Prasad to cheat the APIIDC.
The FIR charges the senior IAS officer with abusing his official position though corrupt and illegal means and by intentionally deciding not to object to the sale of plots by the Emaar and the agreements between EHTPL and Emaar MGF.
