Taking upon her self the responsibility of an eldest son, former Union minister and congress leader Ms. Renuka Chowdary today conducted the final rites of her father Mr Suryanarayana who died this morning in Hyderabad.
Mr Suryanarayana worked as a commander in the Indian Air Force and Renuka is the eldest of the three daughters.
The final rites were conducted in the Panjagutta burial ground in Hyderabad. Deputy Chief Minister Damodar Rajanarasimha and Deputy Speaker Mr Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka were among those who attended the funeral and paid their last respects to the departed soul.
