The Hyderabad Central Crime Station police filed charge sheet in the murder case of faction leader Maddelacheruvu Suri in the court of the XII additional chief metropolitan magistrate on Friday.
The police said in the 25-page charge sheet that Bhanu, the prime accused in the case, is still absconding. S Subbaiah, Manmohan Singh, B Venkata Hari Babu and A Venkata Ramana, who are under judicial custody, are shown as the other accused in the case.
The crime number was stated as 6/2011 of CCS.
The charge sheet further said that the police have recovered a Scorpio vehicle, a two-wheeler, 9 mm pistol and Rs 20,000 cash from the accused.
Police said that they have interrogated 88 persons including some politicians, film personalities and businessmen as a part of the investigations of the murder case.
