Maddelacheruvu Suri Case: Bhanu Sentenced Life Time:- Gangula Suryanarayana Reddy alias Maddelacheruvu Suri has been killed in a shocking incident in 2011 and the major accused Bhanu Kiran has been sentenced life time by a local court in Hyderabad today. Forensic report turned crucial and it revealed that Suri has been shot from point blank. Driver Madhu's statement turned crucial and it kept an end to several questions. The weapon used by Bhanu Kiran has been seized after two years and they could no recover the hand prints. The Crime Investigation Department (CID), which took over the case from the Central Crime Station (CCS) investigated the case for over seven years and now the final verdict has been out.
Bhanu has been sentenced life term and his associate Manmohan Singh has been sentenced five years. Along with this, Bhanu has been sentenced 10 years as per the Arms act. Bhanu has been residing in jail from the past six and half years. Suri family members expressed their happiness on the case. Along with life sentence, Bhanu Kiran has been fined Rs 20,000. Four others in the case have been asked to walk free. It is still unclear if Bhanu Kiran and his associates will appeal in the higher court. Suri has been killed in a moving car on January 4th 2011 and Bhanu flew away from spot. He was arrested in 2012 and taken into custody. After seven years, the verdict in this case has been out today. Suri's wife along with her son are now staying in Bengaluru and they expressed their happiness for court giving right verdict.
