The entire country was shocked when the news about the death of Rasna girl was aired on news channels on Tuesday. Even Bollywood was reportedly unable to digest that the little girl who dreamt of becoming an actress left the world theatre forever.
Little girl Taruni acted with Big B Amitabh Bachchan in Paa movie. She also appeared in some Malayalam movies and currently working in a Tamil movie. Taruni was liked by almost everyone in the film industry. Even Abhishek Bachchan has expressed his grief over the death of the little girl.
"Just reading that Tarini Sachdev, the girl child artist in 'Paa', has perished in Nepal plane crash, please God may this not be true," tweeted Amitabh Bachchan.
"SHOCKED and very saddened to hear about the Nepal plane crash. Lost 1 of my cutest co-stars. Little Taruni Sachdev from PAA. Speechless," posted Abhishek Bachchan on his Twitter account.
It may be noted that Taruni was travelling to Muktishwar temple and she died in the plane crash on Monday when the flight on which she was aboard dashed a hillside killing 18 persons. (phani)
