Good news is here for all bald people who have been fed up undergoing several painful sittings for seeing hair on their heads. Scientists in Japan who have been constantly finding out alternatives for making hair grow in a bald person have come out with flying colours as their experiment on rats turned out to be successful.
The scientists have transplanted bio-engineering hair follicles into the skins of rats. After a couple of days, hair started growing on bald mouse. It was also observed that hair continued to grow even after the loss of old hair.
The professor from Tokyo University who headed the experiment team, Takashi has said that they had used bioengineered adult somatic stem cells.
There are still some observations to be made on these and once it gets clearance then millions of people who are unhappy with their fallen hair will have all reasons to smile. (Phani)
