Compared to the wheat, this dough is slightly more hard than wheat and the rotis are smaller than usual. The same way as you will have your regular wheat roti, you can have it with any vegetable or meat dish.

Since it has the benefits of multiple ingredient, it is also very healthy.

You can opt for tandoori roti, once in a while when you are absolutely bored of the regular chapati. Due to its preparation method, it is different in taste and texture. The secret of this tandoori roti, is that it is made in a tandoor and that is what makes it healthy. However, instead of maida one, try and stick to multigrain or wheat roti, as refined flour is not the healthiest option.
