![Numbness in legs:](/media/k2/items/src/3c5ef0870bbc5096902b498688d7d6d6.jpg)
When your legs are in the same position for a long time, due to the restricted bloodflow, they may go numb temporarily mimicking paralysis. We generally tend to keep the legs slightly higher than the hips when we watch a movie or relax at home and find ourselves in this problem quite often. Though the "sleeping legs" incidence is temporary, it is quite annoying. Here is a simple tip to lose that tingling feeling in the numb legs.
Try to stand up and walk a few paces, which will return blood flow to the legs the fastest. Within seconds your legs will be back to normal.
