B – Town film maker Madhur Bhandarkar, who had to face a lot of complications right from his lead lady Aishwarya Rai, of his dream project, ‘Heroine’, quit from the film, when she was declared pregnant. The film maker had to undergo a lot of stress in order to finalize the replacement for Ash and finally Madhur once again came back to his first option Kareena Kapoor. The film maker is busy re working on the script, considering Kareena Kapoor in the lead role.

Meanwhile, a small time writer Surendra Tanwar, lodged complaint against Madhur and put allegations on this film maker for stealing Surender’s story and making a film out of it titled ‘Jail’ that released in the year, 2009. Surender claims that he had met Madhur some time back, ‘Jail’ was released and narrated the story, Madhur found the narration and story line told by Surender, and promised to do a film with the writer.  Later, Surender was shocked to see the film ‘Jail’ that is based on the story narrated by the former.

However, the officials investigated on this case, and considered the case to be closed as they did not find any proper evidence on the allegations put by Surender on Madhur Bhandarkar. Even after the verdict was announced, Surender was of an opinion that Madhur influenced the officials and turned the case in his favor.
