Prabhas starrer Mirchi might have received mixed responses from film critics, but the fan base of Prabhas doesn't leave any stone unturned for the producer who expect a box office bonanza. Unlike his previous movie Rebel, Mirchi fortunately tagged itself as 'worth watching one time,' and this tag is enough to drag many one time watch movie lovers to throng theatres.

In the opening week, Mirchi received thumping response at the box office and everyone were happy that movie did more than expected. But that seemingly didn't stop there. Even in the third week, Mirchi collections are like almost on par with many block buster films. Now, the film critics said that Mirchi is most likely to cross 40 crore rupees mark, which will be something high in Tollywood. Anyway, Prabhas looks like he's on cloud9 with the success of this flick.
