Sania and partner Cara Black beat Vinci and Errani 6-4 6-4 in the semifinals.
The eighth-seeded Indo-Zimbabwean pair defeated the Italian duo in just one hour twelve minutes.
Sania and Black will face the winners of the second women's semifinal between Vera Dushevina-Arantxa Parra Santonja and second seeds Su-Wei Hsieh-Shuai Peng in the grand finale.
