Inflexionpoint, a global focused IT supply chain company co-founded by former Apple CEO John Sculley will promote Obi Mobiles brand in India. The official announcement by was made on Thursday, that Obi Mobiles will be foraying into the Indian smartphone market which is growing at a decent pace.

Obi Mobiles is expected to launch their first smartphone in the month May and it claims, it designed the smartphone specially keeping the Indian youth in mind. However, they did not reveal further details as to maintain the curiosity.

John Sculley speaking on the occasion said, “India market is emerging one in the world. But the delay in 3G services and high smartphone prices are hurting it. So we want to fill the gap and Obi Mobiles will be the best products for the young India.”
