Windows 8 could flip the tale for the Nokia smartphones after the recently unveiled Nokia Lumia 920 and Nokia Lumia 920 have been registered in the minds of the people form the Berlin's gadget show. But the company has not given up on Windows 7.8 as another new mobile has “surface”d on the internet unofficially. The Lumia 510 is all set to replace the Nokia 610 which is reportedly the cheapest Windows phone currently just under Rs 13,000.

There earlier specs match the leak on the internet now. The Lumia 510 is to sport a 800 MHz Scorpion processor and 256MB of RAM. With a 4 inch screen and a WVGA resolution, the phone would start sales in China for as low as $150 in the last quarter of this year.

This phone had leaked earlier under the codename 'Glory'. However, one must check that the Windows Phone 7.5/ 7.8 customers cannot upgrade to Windows Phone 8 which has several better features like true multitasking that and IE 10 that come at a price.
