Silambarasan’s action flick Vettai Mannan is shooting at a rapid pace, post his return from US. It seems the actor is shooting day n night to complete the film. Vettai Mannan, an out and out action film from Silambharasan is almost getting ready to wrap up says the unit. The film written and directed by debutant Nelson is almost up in major shooting part. Hansika Motwant, Deeksha Seth and Poonam Kaur share the screen space with the hero. Produced by S S Charavarthy and music scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja, the film boasts of technical excellence. Incidentally Nelson is a long time associate of Simbhu. The film announced in 2010, took its sweet time due to the foreign tour of the lead. Let us see what our Simbhu has to say about the film, 'Vettai Mannan will be a treat for my fans. It is progressing at brisk pace and we have completed Hansika’s portions and are shooting with Deeksha. Few scenes in the second half and songs will be shot in Brazil'. The film has been the costliest film for Simbhu and it costs a whopping 30-40 Cr says a source. The source also says that a team from Hollywood would choreograph the songs. Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s next movie with Director AR Murugadoss, Thupakki is an outright action thriller and the superstar left no stones unturned to make it more action packed. The other day, while on location the film’s cinematographer busily was planning on executing a shoot where the hero should be shot while intermingling with the crowds. The shot was very powerful sequence and it had to be meticulously planned. The puzzled camera man was designing the strategy. Sources close to the team said, just then Vijay grabbed the camera and walked through the crowds while shooting the sequence.
