Skoda all set to launch four New Cars in India:- Skoda is all set to launch four new models in India to target the rival brands Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai and Tata. Skoda's parent group Volkswagen AG started pumping out new investments of Rs 8000 crores to dominate the Indian market. Skoda comes up with a strategy and is launching four new cars in the market. It is also in plans to increase the localization of the products to reduce the manufacturing costs. The affordability of the products too will increase. The products include Kushaq, new Octavia, new Kodiaq, and new Rapid.
To abolish the special tax benefits enjoyed by the sub-4 meter cars in India, Skoda is coming up with this new plan. Skoda comes with the first localized SUV Kushaq and is a perfect rival for Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos feels Skoda. Volkswagen group is aiming to grab a 5 percent market share in the Indian market by 2025. Volkswagen AG is in plans to capture a 20 percent market by 2018 but it failed to achieve. Volkswagen is keen to develop localized cars. Skoda is also keen to launch a hatchback or an SUV or a crossover.
