The much-awaited launch of the Suzuki access-125 Special Edition is finally her. Suzuki Motorcycles India had already sent many of the scooters to the dealerships ahead of its official launch.

The scooter sports a slight trendy retro theme, while it is almost similar to the Honda Activa as well, due to its being a segment rival, albeit a little sleeker, while the latter is a little voluptuous and curvy.

So, with its new trendier looks, the Suzuki Access 125 has been able to attract interests of scooter buyers and enthusiasts. It was first debuted at the 2016 Auto Expo. Now, competitors next-in-line like the Yamaha are following a similar design language.

The Suzuki Access 125 Special Edition, awaiting its launch today, will be powered by the air-cooled, 124 cc engine that makes 8.58 bhp of power and 10.2 Nm of torque. The engine gets mated to an automatic transmission.

Expect the Suzuki Access 125 Special Edition to price Rs. 6,000-10,000 higher than the current versions. The drum brake version is priced Rs. 59,222 and the disc brake version is currently priced Rs. 62,780 (ex-showroom prices, Delhi). So, expect the Special Edition to price higher than this.

To justify the premium paid for the Special Edition, the new Suzuki Access 125 will get a special edition badge, chrome rear view mirrors and new maroon colored seat cover. The color option is so far expected to be white, which had been seen in the dealerships already.
