Andhra Pradesh government has banned the services of booking a cab online and has appealed people not to opt for this service. Following the Delhi rape incident, AP government has took this decision and the transport commissioner has been assigned to task to raid cab services and their facilities.
The raids will be conducted in Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Rajamundry and Tirupathi. AP government wants to take a decision on cab services after a thorough examination on the companies provides cab services and scrutinizing licenses of drivers.
The Delhi rape incident had a serious impact and throughout the country, cab services are getting disturbed.
