The South Central Railways has installed gate at the Masaipeta crossing level in the wake of Thursday's accident which killed 14 school children. Kachiguda Railway Assistant Divisonal Engineer was assigned the task to install gate within 48 hours time and the officials have completed the work on time. Higher officials of Railways took in this ceremony and also checked the place where the incident took place.
The injured children are getting medical assistance at Secunderabad Yashoda hospital and TRS MP Kavitha paid a visit to the hospital and consoled the families of victims.
