Congress leader K Jana Reddy took oath as Pro-tem Speaker for the Telangana Assembly and Nethi Vidya Sagar sworn-in as Telangana Council Chairman short while ago. Telangana CM KCR arrived to the Assembly for the first time in CM post and offered special pooja in his chamber.
