No High Court Relief for Prabhas' Seized Guest House:- During December last year, the guest house property of Young Rebelstar Prabhas in Raidurg Pan Maktha has been seized by the revenue officials. Soon Prabhas challenged them in the Telangana High Court. A division of bench comprising Justice V Ramasubramanian and P Keshava Rao directed the state government to consider the regularisation of the 2083 square yards land owned by Prabhas and the High Court asked to respond on this before eight weeks. The court said to Prabhas that the land falls in CS-& litigation zone and they will not be able to do anything.

However the court suggested the Telangana Government to go for regularisation that would benefit the genuine customers and the government too can earn crores of money through this process. The High Court slammed the revenue officials saying that the due process of law was not followed. Prabhas will have to wait for some more time to visit his guest house. We have to wait to see if the government opts out for regularisation or not. The High Court even asked Prabhas to file a petition again if the government fails to respond within the given time.
