Chandra Babu Kick-Starts Election Campaign:- TDP Supremo and AP Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu started the election campaign today. After performing special pooja in his residence, Chandra Babu along with his wife Nara Bhuvaneswari and his son Nara Lokesh flew to Tirumala to seek the blessings of Lord Venkateswara Swamy. Chandra Babu has been busy finalizing the candidates from the past couple of days. He has finalized most of the candidates and an official announcement would be made soon.

All the TDP leaders are busy with their election campaign and the final date for filing the nominations is March 25th. The Assembly and  Parliament elections are scheduled to take place on April 11th. The results will be out on May 23rd. TDP, YSRCP and Janasena are heading for a tough fight in these polls. While Chandra Babu is confident on retaining the power, YSRCP and Janasena are in plans to dethrone TDP in the 2019 polls.
