Andhra Pradesh Budget Highlights:- Andhra Pradesh's Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu presented the state's budget for the year 2019-20 today in the state Assembly. The budget expenditure is said to be Rs 2,26,177.53 crores. The revenue expenditure is said to be Rs 1,80,369.33 crores and the capital expenditure is said to be Rs 29,596.53 crores. This also includes a repayment of Rs 8994 crores which is of public debt. The budget witnessed a rise of 18.38% when compared to next year.

The revenue expenditure witnessed a rise of 20.03%. Rs 16,852.27 crores have been allotted for the field of irrigation sector and agriculture gets Rs 12,732.97 crores. Then comes revenue sector with Rs 5,546.94 crores and IT sector is allotted Rs 1006.87 crores. The Health Department has been allotted Rs 10,032.15 crores and Home Ministry gets Rs 6,397.94 crores. Panchayati Raj and Rural Development is allotted Rs 35,182.61 crores. Municipality and Urban Development is give Rs 7979.34 crores. Women and Child Welfare are given Rs 3408.66 crores.
