Hyderabad High Court Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale and Justice S.V. Bhat on Friday adjourned the cases pertaining to AgriGold and Akshya Gold to Wednesday.
The depositors, who were not paid the money that they had given to these firms, had approached the court seeking justice.
In the case of AgriGold, the Bench appointed a committee headed by a retired HC judge to oversee the auction of the properties of the consortium and distribute the recovered money to depositors.
Few days back all the Leaders of various political parties came together at Amaravati to support AgriGold victims. They extended their cooperation to stage a massive dharna at ANU premises.
The huge rally was organised where a large number of people from different places in Guntur district gathered on NH-5 at ANU. They raised slogans against the government and AgriGold Company.
