Bollywood leggy lass Deepika Padukone is learning Bengali for her upcoming movie 'Piku.' This is not something new for Deepika as in the past she has learned Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati too for her respectable films. Deepika is taking the help of veteran actor Moushumi Chatterjee to get the perfect pronunciation and Bengali slang.
Deepika said, “I’ve played a Tamilian in Chennai Express, a Gujarati in Ram Leela, Maharashtrian in Happy New Year, a Goan in Finding Fanny... and now a Bengali in Piku. Bengali is a soft and lovely language. It’s always fun to learn a new language and a different learning experience.”
The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Irrfan Khan.
