Firstly, the photographer Bimal said he is honoured that a Prime Minister of Nation used his snap for his Facebook account and secondly he questioned Modi's integrity. “My greatest question and concern is - there is no credit for the photographer?! What will happen so called © copyright issue? He did not ask for the permission. Any suggestion?,” posted Bimal. He also claimed that all his photographs are protected by US copyright law. But he did not mention anything whether he would take any action against Modi or not.
