Are Congress leaders from Telangana region presumably in serious discussions to jump out of the party? If no, then why so much of serious discussions. Minister Shabbir Ali meeting minister Jana Reddy and MP Vivek on Tuesday has given rise to new debate in the state. Yes the trio have met and serious discussions were going on.
Already Siricilla Rajaiah has said that Telangana MP s were ready to take any step and that parties were not important to them but just the sentiments of the people. In fact, he even appealed to the ministers from Telangana region to ensure that they also join hands with the rebel MP s. These statements even dragged the attention of AICC supremo Sonia Gandhi who held discussions with Gulam Nabi Azad.
Government whip, on the other hand, said that their leaders were not loyal and don't fall in the trap set by TRS party. But then the observers opined that MP s and ministers should say those statements in the public and not the whip. So far no MP or minister said that they will not entertain the invitation of KCR to sit in his car. Instead, the ministers and MP s sitting together itself gives a rough indication that something fishy is going to happen in Congress party.
The Congress high command should now at least look into the issue in a more serious angle and take necessary steps to pacify the leaders failing which one after the other is most likely to quit Congress as they know that people are in for the sentiment and not for the party in Telangana region and their main aim is to get into power, which may not happen in Congress party, said observers. To know what step Congress high command is going to take, one needs to do nothing except than waiting.
