YS Jagan was against Sharmila floating her Political Party:- The entire Telugu states are aware about the rift between YS Jaganmohan Reddy and his sister YS Sharmila. Though she was promised a prominent place in his party YSRCP, it never happened. YS Jagan promised to offer her MP from Rajya Sabha but she was ignored. Leaving many in surprise, YS Sharmila is all set to announce her own political party that would operate from Telangana. She met her well-wishers and the supporters of late YS Rajasekhar Reddy in Lotus Pond residence to take the big step. She said that she wishes to see Rajanna Rajyam in Telangana and she would work for it in the state. Some of the close aides of YS Sharmila made the differences between YS Jagan and Sharmila official which did not go well with the leading YSRCP in Andhra Pradesh.

YSRCP leader Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy made strong comments against YS Sharmila. He said that YS Jagan was against the decision of Sharmila but she never cared about his decision. He said that YS Jagan is focused on Andhra Pradesh because of which YSRCP was never expanded to Telangana. "YS Jagan has enough clarity on the politics of Telugu states. He wanted the governments of both the states to contribute for each other because of which YSRCP was never expanded to Telangana. YS Jagan wanted Sharmila not to float her party in Telangana but she never listened. YSRCP has no connection with Sharmila's upcoming party. We are aware about Sharmila's political plans from the past three months. We respect her decision" told Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy.
