TS-bPASS To Come Into Effect From June:- The TS-bPASS (Telangana State Building Permissions and Self Certification System) which is aimed to simplify the rules to obtain the permissions for the constructions in the state would come into effect from June first week. This will cover all the municipalities and the corporation of Hyderabad. Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao said that the new system is already implemented in 87 municipalities of Telangana already.

TS-bPASS received 1100 applications and the officials already granted permissions for the constructions. KTR said that they are in plans to implement TS-bPASS on a larger scale in the state. KTR spoke at a review meeting with the GHMC and HMDA officials last evening. He asked the officials to launch TS-bPASS across the state from the first week of June. TS-bPASS will be launched in GHMC and in other municipalities simultaneously.

KTR said that he would meet the Collectors, revenue officers and town planners in the next two days to discuss the launch of TS-bPASS. This would provide building permissions for everyone who applies online. A call center will be set up which will work round the clock to help the citizens who are facing problems while applying for permissions online.
