Class XI Boy Confesses To Killing Pradyuman, Says CBI:- The murder of a class II student of Ryan International School is taking new twists and turns. In a recent development in the case, the class XI student of the same school has confessed to killing his junior, Pradyuman Thakur, reported the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to a court on Thursday.
While submitting its remand copy to a Gurgaon court on Thursday, the CBI said that the teen confessed his crime in front of his father. A day after apprehending him for the murder of Pradyuman, the CBI secured the custody of the 16-year old accused on Wednesday.
In order to defer a scheduled parent-teacher meeting and an examination, the teen killed his junior because he wanted the school to declare a holiday, said the investigating agency.
After questioning 125 students of Class 10, 11 and 12 of Ryan school for several weeks, the CBI had apprehended the juvenile. According to a report in a leading news channel, the teen was the first person to inform the gardener about Pradyuman's body in the toilet. And this was revealed during the questioning.
On September 8, the body of Pradyuman Thakur, with his throat slit, was found in a pool of blood in the toilet of Ryan International School in Gurgaon.
