AP SSC Exam 2017 Results Declared

The class 10 Senior Secondary Certificate (SSC) 2017 board examinations results have been declared today by the Directorate of Government Examinations of AP.

The results have been announced by Minister in charge of Education, Ganta Srinivas Rao at Vizag. The candidates will be able to check the results, once they have been uploaded at the official website of the Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (BSEAP). The students can save the results displayed on the screen on their computer and take a print out for further reference. The results can alternatively be checked at manabadi.com

The BSEAP conducted the SSC Class 10 exams from March 26 to April 16, this year. About 7 lakh candidates appeared for the SSC examinations conducted in the state.Students gave a minimum of six papers (three language and three non-language). Candidates require a minimum of 35 marks per subjects to pass this year. While last year, the results were declared on May 10.  

Last year, around 6,52,374 students - 6,17,030 regular and 35,344 private - appeared for the exam. The pass percentage for regular students was 94.52% - 94.30 for boys and 94.77 for girls. And 55.47% private candidates, including 52.84% boys and 60.64% girls, cleared the exam, says reports.

The admission process for the higher education courses will begin soon after the declaration of AP 10th Result 2017. Students, who wish to go for re-verification/ recounting must wait for the Board’s announcement. Usually Boards start the re-verification or re-evaluation work immediately after the declaration of the result. Students must be alert with the dates and the submission format, so that they do not miss the deadline.
