This year the richest Indian club has been shrunk by 11 people after the announcement of currency demonetisation from last November. However business tycoon Mukesh Ambani has been unaffected and not been touched. He remains to be on the top of the list with $ 26 billion net worth as per the latest news. With around 132 billionaires in the country who are over $ 1 billion worth, the report said that there has been no impact on Mukesh Ambani and his earnings.

The number of billionaires fell down reported the news and Ambani has been followed by SP Hinduja and his family. The country lost 11 billionaires because of demonetisation. Mumbai has been named as the richest city in the country having 42 billionaires.
