Demonetization has surely left people to stay awake. As ATMs have started to work, long queues are seen to draw money. According to the people, the best time to withdraw money is at midnight as there will be the lesss rush. If you visit an ATM to withdraw money, you can only see long queues. By the time your turn comes, the money in the ATM Machine is over.

“The midnight queues reflect the pathetic situation of the people on account of demonetization. People cannot afford to sleep for fear that they  would not get money during the day," said Mr. P. Avinash, a software engineer, who waited in the long queue at Kukatpally, till 2 am on Friday, to draw `2,000.

Initially, ATMs at Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Begumpet, Gachibowli and other areas are loaded with money at nights.

“I was coming from Banjara Hills to Secunderabad at about midnight when I noticed a  queue before an ATM. I joined the queue and got cash within an  hour", said Mr. Karri Bhuvan.
