The first looks of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s camp office-cum-residence, which is currently being built in Punjagutta has been published.
Already the political atmosphere is quite hot on this issue as according to the opposition parties KCR is changing the dynamics of the capital city as per his convenience. They have even alleged that KCR is changing his existing office due to his faith in Vaastu tradition.
However, the chief minister had already cleared that the visitors’ parking space at the existing camp office in Begumpet was not enough according to his requirements and hence he was building a new camp office-cum-residence.
According to the reports, to fulfill CM’s requirements a 9-acre land was bought in Punjagutta area in the capital and construction is going on war foot since last four months. Reports said that 90 percent of the work has already been completed and the total cost estimated for the house is Rs. 50 crore, which was earlier decided at Rs. 35 crore.
While the residential building for the CM is being built in an acre area, in the remaining eight acres, buildings such as auditoriums, conference hall, quarters for the CM’s security staff as well as the parking facility occupying 300 vehicles will be built.
