From past one week, Hyderabad has witnessed temperature fall due to which the Indian Meteorology Department has forecast heavy rainfall across all districts of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh in the next 3-4 days. This will follow by Thunderstorms at isolated places in several parts of Telangana.
The IMD said in its weather report "Marked fall in maximum temperatures (was witnessed) at a few places over Telangana. They were markedly below normal at one or two places over Telangana. The highest maximum temperature of 41 degrees Celsius was recorded at Hanmakonda (in Warangal district).”
In Karimnagar, Khammam, Adilabad, Hyderabad, Warangal and Ranga Reddy districts light rainfall was witnessed. While Karimnagar recorded 5 cm rainfall, the temperature at Adilabad and Hanamkonda was recorded at 43ºC. Nizamabad district received 9 cms of rainfall, followed by 7 cms in Khammam district.
