A certain clarity is expected on Wednesday regarding the RTC salary hikes. Telangana Chief Minister KCR is going to announce the hike among the presence of RTC unions.

Till Tuesday night, all the ministers and other officials had participated in the meeting with KCR, but no such clarity is heard from him. But by Wednesday 10.30AM, High Court ordered to decide on the strike. So the CM KCR is again going to assemble in meeting with the ministers and other officials and by 2AM, the salary hike details is expected to be announced by himself in a meeting with RTC employees.

Reasons for RTC losses?-KCR

In the meeting with the ministers, CM raised about various issues. Firstly he found out about what might be the influence on the government if it announces 37% or 40% as hike. How far is the difference between these figures, if the hike is announced as 43%. He inquired about the reasons behind the losses for RTC. He said that though the people are crowded in the buses, the losses are still occurring, so make a proper analysis on this, he ordered the officials.

Bonds for past 2 years salaries?

On the other side, the RTC salaries are to be revised from April 1st. So, CM opined that it would be better if the employees do not expect the hike from that date, as it would at least decrease the burden on the government to some extent. It was heard that he is going to assure bonds from that date. This request from CM is expected in the meeting on Wednesday with the RTC employees  

So, whatever, a proper clarity is expected on salary hike issue of RTC employees on Wednesday and hope it turns favorable  to everyone and the strike would be dropped as soon as possible.
