With Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao announcing conditions for the farm loan wavier, the opposition parties have started their attack on KCR. Telangana Congress party leaders are first in this rate and former ministers, DK Aruna, Jana Reddy accusing KCR of manipulating people during the election campaign.

Former minister DK Aruna questioned why weren't the conditions of loan wavier made public during the election campaign and all of sudden, the government is restricting itself. “The government as promised should implement the farm loan wavier at any cost and that too unconditionally. If not in the coming days, we will question the government on behalf of the people,” said Aruna. Another minister Jana Reddy has demanded not to included the time bound in this promise. While Agriculture minister Pocharam Srinivasa Reddy has claimed that any time bound in farm loan wavier has not been decided, the cabinet is yet hold its first meeting and a decision will arrive on it in the cabinet meeting. As per the latest reports, TRS government is set to clear Rs 12 Thousands crore farm loans.

On the other hand, Telugu Desam party is very careful before passing any comments as the party is set to form government in the residuary Andhra Pradesh. While Jagan is already targeting TDP in farm loan wavier promise, TDP is heard to be considering the conditions brought in by KCR. Despite that TDP remained silence on KCR's condition and added that in the Andhra Pradesh, farm loan wavier promise will be applicable to those farmers who have lost and are in severe debts and not for landlords.
