Nithin Gadkari sends legal notice to Kejriwal

Former BJP president Nithin Gadkari has sent a legal notice to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal after the latter name was inducted in the list of India's most corrupt leaders. The notice mentions to withdraw Kejriwal's statements within three days or else legal action will be taken against him.

“You are hereby called upon to withdraw your defamatory and malicious remarks by publishing and publicly apologizing before all news channels and withdrawing the name of my client (Nithin Gadkari) from the contents of news 'List of India's Most Corrupt' within three days of receipt of this legal notice, failing which my client will be constrained to take appropriate legal action against you including prosecuting you for criminal defamation at your risk, cost and consequences," the notice said.

Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday announced that AAP will be contesting in 350 Lok Sabha seats in upcoming general elections despite the predicts say it may not win more than dozen seats all over the country. However, AAP wants to make an impression with the elections which is trying to make a corruption free politics.
